Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate early years educators.
  • Provide hands‑on support in daily nursery activities, working directly with children.
  • Support the delivery of a child‑led, curiosity‑inspired curriculum under EYFS principles.
  • Promote a culture of openness, professional growth, and accountability within the team.
  • Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and compliance with legislation and Ofsted requirements.
  • Confidently step into the Manager’s role in their absence.
