You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding care. - Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives.
- Prepare staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and ensure care plans are up to date.
- Act as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care.
- Role includes 2 days leading on the floor, and allocated supernumerary time
Package and Benefits:The Deputy Nurse Manager role includes:- Hourly rate of £23 - circa £53,000 per year
- 44 hours per week, including weekends on a rota.

The ideal Deputy Care Home Manager (Clinical) will have:- A valid NMC PIN and RGN / RMN qualification.
- Strong leadership skills with a highly motivated approach.

- Previous experience working in a care home environment as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager
- Excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills.
- A compassionate and resilient nature.
