Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and looking for a leadership role? Our client is seeking a Deputy Care Home Manager (Clinical) to join their team in Stockport. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of quality care and lead a dedicated team within a nursing home.

This Deputy Nurse Manager position offers a competitive hourly rate of £23 – circa £53,000 per annum. You'll be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing outstanding care. Plus, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

As a Deputy Nurse Manager you will:
  • Monitor standards of care delivered by all staff.
  • Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives.
  • Prepare staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Monitor residents' wellbeing and ensure care plans are up to date.
  • Act as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care.
  • Role includes 2 days leading on the floor, and allocated supernumerary time

The ideal Deputy Care Home Manager (Clinical) will have:
  • A valid NMC PIN and RGN / RMN qualification.

  • Previous experience working in a care home environment as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager
  • Excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills.
  • A compassionate and resilient nature.
