Deputy Nurse Manager – £50,500 | 40 Hours | Luxury Care Home Setting

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their team in a stunning, luxury care home known for delivering exceptional nursing, residential, and dementia care. Set within landscaped gardens and a warm, welcoming environment, the service holds a ‘Good’ CQC rating and is celebrated for its high-quality, person‑centred approach.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll support the Home Manager in all aspects of clinical leadership, compliance, and team development. You’ll be a visible, hands‑on presence—championing high standards of care and ensuring that residents receive not just excellent nursing support, but real quality of life.
