Job description
Overview

Work as Deputy Nurse Manager within a stunning new build nursing home, a few miles outside of Bradford. The Home provides nursing, residential, and specialist dementia care, with an excellent reputation in the area.

The role is for a passionate and driven nurse (RGN or RMN) with previous elderly care experience, which could be within a hospital, nursing home, hospice, or community setting. A Nurse with supervisory or teaching experience and excellent clinical and leadership skills is required.

Role and Hours

The Deputy Nurse Manager role is supernumerary and primarily Monday to Friday, circa 42 hours per week. The role includes 2 shifts per week from approximately 7.30am – 4pm to handover with night staff, with the other 3 days starting flexibly at 8am, 8.30am, or 9am. We are looking for someone who is flexible to work 5 days per week and to cover occasional on call.

Salary

£48,000 per annum.
