In this role, you will perform the Deputy UK Nominated Officer function and lead the L2/L3 UK Nominated Office Team. Operating under delegated authority from the UK MLRO, you will review complex financial crime investigations and make recommendations to the UK Nominated Officer regarding Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Defence Against Money Laundering (DAML) requests and decisions not to file Reporting to the Head of Operations / AFC Birmingham Lead, you will provide leadership, oversight, and subject matter expertise across the Nominated Office function, supporting the UK MLRO and Nominated Officer in meeting the Bank's legal and regulatory obligations. The role is critical to ensuring effective AML governance, high-quality investigations, robust regulatory compliance, and the mitigation of financial crime risk across Deutsche Bank UK.
