As a Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Support Workers, working closely with children and their families to support their emotional, social, and developmental needs. You will also ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that systems are efficiently used to manage care plans, logs, and compliance documentation.
