A leading luxury goods company seeks a Boutique Manager in the City of London to drive performance and profitability. You'll oversee sales objectives, lead a team, and ensure outstanding client experiences in a prestigious environment. The ideal candidate will excel in team management and client relations, having a strong background in retail or luxury sectors.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Assists the boutique Director to develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique sales team with a strong focus on client service. Continuously promotes a positive and united work environment amongst all staff by maintaining a strong presence on the sales floor and collaboration across the team and with head office.
