A leading adult social care provider in Ripon is seeking a Deputy Manager to support high-quality care delivery and team leadership. The role involves compliance with CQC standards and hands-on operational management. Ideal candidates will have experience in adult social care, strong leadership abilities, and relevant qualifications. A full-time role at £13.70 per hour, it also offers 31 days of annual leave and additional benefits.
