Job summary

A leading residential care provider in Salisbury is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Children's Home. In this role, you will support the Home Manager to create a safe and nurturing environment, leading residential care staff and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and a Level 3 Diploma in the Children & Young People’s Workforce. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year as Senior Residential Support Worker or Deputy.
  • Strong understanding of trauma and behaviour support.
  • UK driving licence preferred.

  • Oversee safeguarding and quality of care.
  • Manage rotas and staff supervision.
  • Support care planning and behaviour strategies.
  • Liaise with families and professionals.
