Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to join our warm and welcoming nursery team based in Ealing. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced early years professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education in a supportive and positive environment.

As a key part of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care, and fostering a happy, nurturing environment for both children and staff. You'll be responsible for supporting and guiding the team, working in partnership with parents, and ensuring compliance with all EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

Roles Available
  • Nursery Manager - Salary from £40,000+ per annum
  • Deputy Manager - Salary from £35,000+ per annum
  • Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work over 4 days.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred for management roles)
  • Proven experience in a leadership position within an early years setting
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A positive, supportive attitude with a genuine passion for early years education
