A leading support services provider in the UK is seeking an organised professional to manage daily operations and support those with learning disabilities. The candidate will be responsible for staff rotas, training, and personal care needs, demonstrating strong organisational skills and compassion. The role requires a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and experience in a similar setting while promoting respect and dignity for individuals supported. This is an exciting role where you will have responsibility for organising the day to day running of support services as delegated by the Registered Manager.
You'll demonstrate excellent organisation skills in order to successfully arrange cover on staff rotas.
