Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the manager to help run the nursery smoothly.
• Build trusting relationships with families and outside agencies.
• Guide and support the nursery team to meet EYFS requirements.

Skills
