Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at a small learning disability service located on the outskirts of Maidstone, Kent. The role involves assisting the current manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring high‑quality care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the manager in the daily management of the service.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the delivery of personalized care plans.
  • Maintain a high standard of care and service delivery in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Balance your time between working on the floor and performing supernumerary duties.
  • Assist in staff training, development, and supervision.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
