Job description
Prepare, review, and manage all banking and loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Draft and coordinate submission of sanction letters, loan applications, renewal requests, and facility reviews.
Liaise with banks for the execution of loan agreements, security documents, and charge registration (ROC filings).
Maintain and update documentation related to: Term loans and working capital facilities., Bank guarantees and letters of credit (LCs), Collateral and security documentation, Covenant compliance and periodic reporting to lenders, Ensure timely renewal of limits and compliance with sanction terms and conditions.
Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with bank covenants, BB guidelines, and corporate finance regulations, monitor exposure to interest rate and currency risks; recommend mitigation measures., Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities for financial audits, maintain proper records and ensure timely filings and renewals of financial and legal documents.
Assist the Supervisor and Head of Department (HOD) -Finance in daily operations and reporting.
Prepare project-wise and month-wise stock reports accurately and on time.
Collect, prepare, and submit required documents to all banks as per instruction.
Maintain and organize all finance-related files, records, and documents systematically.
Support in preparing financial statements.
Assist in reconciliation and verification of financial transactions.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or HOD.
