What you’ll do
  • Support and deputize for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
  • Be the home's nurse expert, utilizing your nursing, managerial, and leadership skills.
  • Focus on residents with complex needs, ensuring compliance with latest guidelines, making informed decisions, and maintaining high standards of clinical governance.
  • Develop care plans and conduct assessments.
  • Perform walk rounds.
  • Provide personalized, resident-centered care alongside the team.
Who you are
  • An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
  • Experienced in care planning processes and familiar with clinical assessment tools.
  • Keen to develop leadership skills and clinical knowledge.
  • Capable of building close relationships with residents and their families.
  • Driven to promote continuous improvement.
