A leading children's care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for its residence in Huddersfield. Location: Huddersfield (HD5)
Pay: up to £36,000 a year (depending on qualifications), with sleep nights paid in addition and enhanced pay for overtime.
Hours: you’ll work 2 days on, 4 days off (including sleep nights), giving you plenty of time to recharge. We’re a year‑round service, but your rota will be planned in advance, so you’ll know exactly when you’re working.
Snowdrop House home is a solo service that offers therapeutic placements to young people who would benefit from a smaller setting.
In our focused, child‑centred placement we can work to tailored and personalised care plans and ensure our young person really feels at home. Our dedicated staff support with everyday life skills, education, social confidence, and fun experiences that help them believe in themselves.
