Are you an experienced Children's Residential professional ready to step into a leadership role? Do you have a Level 3 or 4 qualification and either hold, are working towards, or are willing to undertake your Level 5? This is a specialist provider of children’s and adult services focused on delivering compassionate, therapeutic care for individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities. Their growing portfolio includes both Ofsted and CQC‑registered homes, with plans to open two more children’s homes imminently. As Deputy Manager, you will focus on one specific 2‑bed children’s home (LD), supporting young people with learning disabilities. You will help lead the team, embed a positive culture, and maintain high standards of care and compliance. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and, when required, support sister homes within close proximity. Initially, you will also play a key role in setting up and preparing new homes before they officially open.
