Are you a Deputy manager looking for an opportunity in a brand new home?

My client are a family run business with residential home and independent living services around the UK.They are currently expanding and looking for Deputy Managers for multiple brand new EBD homes.The role will consist of supporting the registered manager in the daily running of the home, acting for the manager in their absence, accountability of Ofsted, assisting in the support of the homes staff etc.

The Role
  • £16.93 per hour on a 40 hour contract (Circa £32,500 per Anum before sleep ins)
  • £70.50 per sleep in shift
  • Variable shift pattern over 7 days, fixed shift pattern unavailable for this role
About You
  • Level 3 diploma in residential childcare (required)
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young Peoples Services or a commitment to work towards this.
  • Experience as a deputy in a residential setting is desirable
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred)
