A leading children's care provider is looking for a passionate Deputy Manager for their Residential Children's Home in Chippenham. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader in children's social care with a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a progressive, trauma‑informed group of Children’s Homes that champions the values of a Therapeutic Community. We believe in upholding strong relationships as central to our practice, taking an empathetic and engaging approach with young people, their families, and professionals.
Our home is a three‑bed residential setting, specialising in providing care for young people with learning difficulties and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Salary: Up to £38,600 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Chippenham
Contract: 42 hours per week, including on‑shift working (07:30‑21:30) and administrative shifts (08:30‑16:30). All shifts are flexible and open to discussion with the RM.
