Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience working within children’s residential settings.
• Driving (a vehicle will be provided by the company).
• Shift Pattern: 2 On, 3 Off (including sleeps).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Registered Manager in providing a supportive environment.
• Lead a stable and motivated team.
• Advocate for the young people and ensure their safety.
