Qualifications

  • Experience in a Deputy Assistant Manager or Senior RSW role within residential childcare.
  • Understanding of safeguarding legislation and leadership within a care home environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Manual Essential).
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and IT skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support your team in delivering exceptional person‑centred care.
  • Support with recruitment, rota management, supervisions and audits.
  • Work closely with education and therapeutic professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, professionals and regulatory bodies.
