Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in residential children’s homes.
  • At least 1 year of staff supervision and management responsibility.
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in safeguarding and ensuring high-quality care.
  • Manage home operations including staff and budget.

Skills

Ability to develop mentoring relationships
Numeracy skills for budget management
Understanding of trauma-informed practice

Education

Degree in relevant discipline
