Salary : £34,000 to £36,000 per annum

Do you have experience leading within an Ofsted regulated home and a genuine desire to make a difference in young peoples lives? We were looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Manager to join a service that prides itself on delivering high-quality, child-centred care.

As a Deputy Manager in a residential childrens home, you'll work alongside a friendly team to provide strong leadership, ensure compliance with regulations, and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive. Requirements
  • Proven experience within an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent); Level 5 desirable
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring skillsExcellent understanding of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
  • Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people

Please note : Experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home is essential for this role. Applicants without relevant experience cannot be considered.
