Qualifications

  • £16.34 per hour
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Working to a rota covering 7 days per week
The Role

As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with our experienced Registered Manager to maintain high-quality services for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and supporting staff to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Managing staffing levels and overseeing schedules to meet the needs of the home
  • Contributing to audits and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and CQC requirements
  • Providing personal care and supernumerary support when needed

About You

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who has:

  • Prior experience at Team Leader or Senior Support Worker level
  • A good understanding of medication handling
  • Competent IT skills
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification) is especially advantageous
