Overview

Would you like to join the Watches of Switzerland Group as the Deputy Showroom Manager of our Jersey showroom?

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Showroom Team in engaging clients to deliver our outstanding Client Experience and ensuring the Showroom operates effectively, to maximum efficiency. You will ensure business and floor plans are delivered and meet their goals, coach colleagues to their full potential, proactively manage performance and provide clear communication and direction for your team.

Supporting the Showroom Manager / Director, you will ensure operating processes and procedures are effective, efficient and meet our operating standards.
