A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager in Bridgend to support the service manager and lead the care team. You will ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered and will be responsible for leading and inspiring a motivated support team. Ideal candidates will possess relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care, along with proven leadership experience in a care setting. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for supporting the service manager to set the culture of the service. Leading and inspiring the teams to ensure that everyone within it lives and breathes our company ethos.
