A residential care organization is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the service manager and lead a team. Responsibilities include fostering a positive culture, managing staff training, and ensuring person-centred support delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience in residential settings and hold or be working towards an NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care.
