A leading health service provider in the UK is seeking a Deputy Manager/Clinical Lead with nursing qualifications to support adults with Learning Disabilities. The role involves leadership responsibilities, working in a seven-day service, and developing staff while providing clinical care. Competitive salary range of £39,263 to £47,280 per annum pro rata. Candidates with Welsh language skills are welcome to apply.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager /Clinical Lead who is a Registered Learning Disability or Mental Health Nurse, with experience of working with people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and a forensic history.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a seven-day service, which includes weekend, nights and bank holidays.
