I'm supporting a respected residential care home in the picturesque town of Eye, Suffolk, who are looking for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior care experience who's passionate about providing exceptional standards of care.

The Role

• Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered.
• Lead and mentor the care team.
• Support with care planning and compliance.
• Complete audits and ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

About You

I'm looking for someone who is an experienced Senior Carer, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager within residential or dementia care, confident in leading teams and driving high standards, and knowledgeable of CQC regulations. You'll be passionate, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential; Level 5 is desirable or you should be willing to work towards it.
