Job summary

Fuller's in Salisbury’s Ox Row Inn is seeking a Deputy Manager who can lead the team and oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional hospitality. You will be accountable for delivering memorable guest experiences, maintaining high standards, and driving performance across all functions.

The successful candidate will motivate staff, uphold brand values, and contribute to a welcoming, efficient service. A proactive leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills
