Turtle Bay is seeking a Deputy Manager in Liverpool to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and deliver our relaxed, warm Caribbean guest experience. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who can motivate staff, manage shifts, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

You’re a hands‑on leader, someone who can step up and take ownership while inspiring and motivating your team every day.

You’ll play a key role in driving performance and team engagement, bringing the right energy and focus into service, and always looking for ways to grow both the business and your people. From hosting to managing shifts, training team members and making sure every guest leaves with a smile – you’re there to help make it all happen.
