About The Role

As Deputy Manager of a residential home, you will be supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centered care in line with Ofsted Requirements. You will lead and supervise staff, manage rotas, and contribute to recruitment, training, and performance development.

The role includes maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment. You will liaise effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well‑being, dignity, and independence, while also assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
