A leading facilities management company in the UK is seeking a Cleaning Deputy Manager to oversee a team of Duty Managers and ensure cleaning standards are consistently met. This role involves managing high-profile accounts and requires strong client and people management skills, as well as knowledge of health and safety protocols. The successful candidate will enjoy 33 days of holiday, company sick pay, and ongoing training opportunities.
We are looking for a Cleaning Deputy Manager to support the Account Lead in managing a large transport contract based at St Pancras with travel to Stratford, Ebbsfleet, and Singlewell. You will manage a team of 5 Duty Managers to ensure cleaning standards are met and maintained to the highest level. No two days will be the same. When you're dealing with people there's never a dull moment, and you'll use your strong interpersonal skills to support and develop your team.
