A historic pub group in London is seeking an energetic Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running the business. You will lead a team, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. If you have hospitality leadership experience and a desire for a rewarding challenge, this is the role for you. As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site. Assisting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will work closely with the team, leading and developing them whilst ensuring that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.

The Hoop and Grapes is a historic pub on Farringdon Street in the heart of London, with roots dating back to the early 18th century. Currently closed for extensive renovations, we’re restoring this Grade II listed building to create a stunning venue that blends traditional charm with modern hospitality. When we reopen, we’ll offer great food, drinks, and a warm welcome to a diverse mix of locals, city professionals, and visitors.
