We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our residential care home in Bath, which provides residential, dementia, respite and day care services. About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and smooth operational performance. You will play a key role in staff supervision, compliance, and service improvements.
