About The Role

As Deputy Lead Tutor, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping outstanding learning experiences. You’ll support the Lead Tutor in driving curriculum excellence, mentoring staff, and ensuring every learner has the tools to succeed. From planning and assessment to embedding therapeutic approaches and positive behaviour support, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver life‑changing education.
