What you'll do
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
  • Showcase your skills with the creation of daily specials to delight our guests.
  • Review guest feedback to drive improvements and create outstanding dining experiences.
  • Support the Kitchen Manager with kitchen administration, supplier relationships, and third‑party contractors.
  • Control costs and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Work closely with hotel leaders to ensure smooth operations across all departments, and support career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our Chef Academy.
