We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Hotel Services Manager to join our Manchester Facilities.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone with high end customer experience training, who can help ensure our teams are providing a first-class patient experience.
Your role as a Deputy Hotel Services Manager, you will deputise for the Hotel Services Manager and help manage multiple teams from Front of House, Catering, Housekeeping and Portering services to the hospital, continually aiming to exceed customer expectations.
You will feedback incentives to the Senior Managers on how we can grow and retain our teams and ensure the patient experience of everyone coming into our premises, is always positive and our teams first focus.
