A mental health service provider in Wrexham is looking for a Deputy Hospital Director to support the leadership of the hospital and manage clinical functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mental health, leadership training, and strong communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join Elysium Healthcare as a Deputy Hospital Director in Wrexham. As a Senior Clinician or existing Deputy Hospital Director, you will have a wealth of experience in Acute and Rehabilitation settings. In this role, you will support the Hospital Director in leading the service, managing clinical and non-clinical teams, and being the Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance.
As a Deputy Hospital Director, you will be responsible for managing the Clinical and Operational functions of the hospital. You will deputise for the Hospital Director, attending internal and external meetings with key stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the service, supporting the development and provision of a high-quality and bespoke pathway of care for the service users.
