A leading healthcare provider in Stockport is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure top-notch clinical care standards and support resident care. Responsibilities include supervising staff and providing specialist nursing advice. Candidates must have a nursing degree and an NMC PIN. This role offers competitive pay from £22.78 to £23.78 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
As a Deputy Home Manager you’ll be ensuring that the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise and coach colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
