A leading care provider in Poole is seeking a compassionate Deputy Home Manager to support day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of care. The ideal candidate should have experience at the Care Team Leader level or above and a passion for person-centred care. Location: Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Care South is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to residents in our homes. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team and help lead one of our welcoming residential homes.
As Deputy Home Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and safety. You will provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to the care team, and take full responsibility for the home in the Manager’s absence.
