Deputy Home Manager - Outstanding Elderly Care Service

Location : Moseley, Birmingham

Salary : £40,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Contract : 35 hours per week (Days)

Shifts : Monday-Friday | 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm or 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm

About the Role

As Deputy Home Manager, you'll work alongside a Nurse‑qualified Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance. This largely supernumerary role focuses on:

  • Staff supervision, training, and development
  • Upholding best practices in care delivery
