The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational and committed Catholic leader to join our dedicated senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate leader to work in close partnership with the Headteacher to drive forward the school’s vision and ensure our outstanding school continues to move onwards and upwards.
We are looking for someone with a strong Catholic vision, who will confidently lead and further develop the Catholic Life and Mission of our school. This role is ideal for someone stepping into senior leadership for the first time—bringing energy, initiative, and a deep commitment to our faith and values.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a central role in shaping the pastoral and educational direction of our school. You will be someone who leads by example—dynamic, ready to take initiative, and who inspires others through doing.
This is initially a part-time role, with the exciting opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position in response to the changing needs and development of the school.
