Bloxwich Academy Primary seeks an experienced Deputy Headteacher to lead teaching and learning across the school. Based in Bloxwich, West Midlands, the role sits within the Matrix Academy Trust with a leadership focus and strategic responsibilities alongside the Headteacher.

The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of school improvement, outstanding pedagogy, and the ability to translate evidence into effective classroom practice, ensuring high outcomes for all pupils.

Qualificações

• Leadership experience in a school setting.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning across the school.
• Lead curriculum implementation and assessment with data-informed action.
• Provide high-quality feedback, coaching and support to colleagues.
• Deputise for the Headteacher and shape whole-school priorities.
• Work with the Headteacher to ensure ambitious, well-implemented curriculum.
