Job summary

Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School in Bromley seeks a proven leader to drive Catholic ethos and high educational standards across the whole school. You will guide strategic improvement, develop staff, and foster strong partnerships with parish, families, governors, and the community.

We are looking for a leader who:

  • Has a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education and a commitment to promote the Catholic ethos throughout the whole school community
  • Is a current senior leader who has the skills, energy, drive and passion required to develop and secure the very best outcomes for all of our pupils
  • Is an experienced, well-qualified teacher who knows what excellent teaching looks like and how to develop it in others
  • Is reflective and focused on all children, with high expectations of their learning and behaviour
  • Will inspire, challenge and encourage staff to help us build on and continue to develop our vision for our school
  • Will nurture a strong, caring ethos and is committed to continuing and developing the effective partnerships with the local parish, families, governors, community, Diocese and the Local Education Authority
  • Is a leader with a proven track record of whole school impact.
