St Helen’s Nursery and Primary School, part of the ASSET Education Trust, seeks an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to drive equity, inclusion, and high-quality teaching across the school. You will lead strategic oversight of Inclusion, Attendance, and Community Engagement, empowering staff and pupils to excel.

You will work with a diverse, vibrant community to ensure every child thrives, with leadership grounded in compassion, data-informed decision making, and strong partnerships with families

Competenze

• Senior or middle leadership experience in a school.
• Equity-driven leadership and dismantling barriers to learning.
• Experience using data to improve attendance, inclusion, and classroom outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, inspire, and partner with staff, parents, and community stakeholders.
• Deep commitment to educational equity, ensuring no child is left behind.
