Dawley Brook Primary School – Deputy Headteacher

Salary L8 to L12; Full time, permanent.

Dawley Brook Primary School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join our thriving primary school on the next step of its exciting journey. The Deputy Headteacher will work alongside the Headteacher, established senior leadership team and committed staff in shaping the future of our school. Their leadership will remain grounded in classroom practice and directly connected to the pupils and staff they work alongside.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the school’s inclusive ethos – “Work Hard. Be Kind” – underpins every aspect of school life.
  • Provide leadership grounded in classroom practice, directly connected to pupils and staff.
  • Balance excellence in mainstream education while further developing our specialist SEND Unit (Oak Tree).
  • Support the Headteacher and senior leadership team in shaping the future of the school.
