Qualifications

• Experience of leading, managing and motivating staff to achieve high standards.
• Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong track record of improving teaching and learning.
• Experience of supporting school improvement and raising pupil outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Ofsted and CSI frameworks.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, drive school improvement and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning and pastoral care.
• Work closely with the Headteacher to deliver a clear vision for school development and contribute to the Trust’s strategic direction.
