Job summary

Bluebell Park School seeks an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join the leadership team and drive strategic direction across the school. You will work closely with the Headteacher to raise standards in teaching, learning and pupil outcomes, especially for students with complex needs.

The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership, a deep understanding of SEND, and a commitment to inclusive, pupil-centred practice.
