Job summary

Deyes High School, part of Lydiate Learning Trust, is seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our leadership team and shape the strategic direction to raise outcomes and drive whole-school improvement. You will lead teaching, learning and assessment, use data to raise standards, develop an ambitious curriculum, and coach staff while sustaining an inclusive, aspirational culture across the school.

Qualifications

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and degree-level qualifications.
  • Substantial senior leadership experience with a proven track record of whole-school improvement.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment.

About the Role

Working closely with the Head of School and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and securing the highest standards of educational provision.
